Solo is now rolling out Zendesk in order to improve the support experience for our customers. The feedback we have been receiving is that customers appreciate the direct access to Solo engineering in Slack, and many questions can be addressed quickly there. However, it is useful to have other channels to submit support requests -- such as email -- and to have a portal for tracking those requests over time. We're initially rolling out Zendesk to address that gap, and we'll look to take advantage of other features it provides over time.
